We are seeking an experienced ERP Coordinator to join our team. Responsible for managing and maintaining our ERP system, with a focus on SQL query development and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, SQL programming and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, test, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and analytics.
2. Manage and maintain ERP system data integrity, security, and performance.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues, including data discrepancies and system errors.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop custom reports.
5. Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards.
6. Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular data audits.
7. Develop and maintain technical documentation for SQL queries and ERP system processes.
8. Provide training and support to end-users on ERP system functionality.

Stay up to date with ERP system updates and new features.
10. Optimize ERP system performance and scalability.
11. Develop and maintain data backup and recovery procedures.
12. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
13. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate ERP system with other systems.
14. Analyse business requirements and develop solutions using SQL queries.
15. Continuously improve ERP system processes and procedures.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
2. 2+ years of experience in ERP system administration and SQL programming
1.Solid knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or other ERP databases
2.Experience with ERP system implementation and maintenance
3.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
