Job Description

About the Role :
We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Business Development professional to support the growth of our Occupier Services business in north India.



The role will focus on identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with corporate occupiers, GCCs, startups, multinational corporations, and decision-makers responsible for real estate and workplace strategy.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in consultative sales, tele-sales, inside sales, or business development and be comfortable interacting with senior executives including CXOs, founders, HR leaders, administration heads, and real estate decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify and engage prospective occupiers through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.

Generate qualified meetings for the transaction teams.

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across NCR and other key markets.

Conduct research on companies, occupiers, GCCs, and expansion plans.
