Our Information Technology (IT) team leads all aspects of IT systems and processes across the enterprise, including data services, security, compliance, applications, automation, and end-user services. Responsibilities

Description
Enterprise Infrastructure team is responsible for supporting all hardware and software systems.



They also provide technical guidance to IT and non-IT staff to ensure that all infrastructure systems meet the company's current and future needs, as well as troubleshoot system and network issues.

Your day-to-day job will consist of:

• Configure, manage, and support AWS services including EC2 instances, S3 storage, VPCs, subnets, security groups, and Transit Gateways.
• Establish, configure, and maintain IPSec VPN tunnels between cloud platforms and on-premises infrastructure to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
• Manage and troubleshoot Cloudflare DNS for external name resolution and support internal DNS infrastructure.
• Administer and maintain VMware and Hyper-V environments, including provisioning, performance tuning, patch management, and snapshot handling.
• Monitor system and infrastructure health using tools like LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, and native cloud monitoring solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
