Position: Production Engineer

Location: Palej - Bharuch

Experience: 2.5 - 4 Years

Industries: Packaging

Responsibilities:

Process Optimization: Responsible for overseeing the production process of membranes & Execution, Analyze and improve production

processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs,
- Quality Control: Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications, ensuring optimal efficiency.
- Equipment Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of production equipment.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain production documentation, including work instructions and process flow diagrams.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance.
- Troubleshooting:



Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Training: Train and mentor production staff on new processes and equipment.

Required Skills
- Problem-Solving: Robust analytical skills to identify and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/chemistry/B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 4.50 LPA
