We are looking for a dynamic HR & Admin Executive to manage our human resources functions and daily administrative operations. As a growing solar EPC firm, we need a multitasker who can bridge the gap between office management and the unique logistical needs of our field engineering teams. Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources Management
Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for both technical (Solar Design, Site
Engineers, Electricians) and non-technical roles. Onboarding : Conduct induction sessions for new hires, focusing on company culture and solar industry safety standards. Payroll & Attendance: Oversee attendance tracking for office staff and remote site workers;
manage monthly payroll processing including site-based incentives. Employee Engagement: Organize team-building activities and serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances. 2. Office & Site Administration
Logistics Coordination: Arrange travel, local transport, and accommodation for project teams during site deployments. Procurement:
Manage office supplies and ensure the timely purchase/distribution of
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for field staff. Asset Management: Maintain an updated inventory of company assets, including laptops, site tools, and safety gear.
Vendor Management: Liaise with facility vendors (Internet, AMC, Cleaning, Security) to ensure smooth office operations. 3. Statutory Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, and Skilled Tax). Maintain organized digital and physical records for project-related permits and employee certifications. Assist in documentation required for solar tender applications and safety audits. Candidate Requirements :- Education: MBA in HR, BBA, or a related degree. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in HR & Admin (Experience in Construction, Power, or
Manufacturing is highly preferred). Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Advanced Excel) and familiarity with
HRMS software. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interact effectively with both corporate stakeholders and on-site labor. Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, "startup" style environment.
