Responsibilities and Duties

? HR Policy formation and implementation

? Attendance management (Online & Offline)

? Bio-metric configuration and implementation

? Employee discrepancy management

? Daily manpower report generation

? Department wise daily cost report generation

? Vendor management ( Mess, Housekeeping, Security, Labor Contractor,

Accommodation)

? Negotiation with vendor in monthly bills





? Accommodation arrangement for workers and staff.

? Labor arrangement for various location and department

? Labor hiring through internal and external resources

? Day to day administrative work

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Key Skills and Experience

? 10 years of work experience in HR+Admin+Commercial

? Solid communication

? Good Negotiation knowledge

? Labor relation management

? Robust MS office knowledge ( Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

? Spine software knowledge will advantage
