Role Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team. You will be the backbone of our Human Resources department, managing the entire employee lifecycle, handling routine HR queries, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring smooth daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Employee Records: Maintain accurate physical and digital personnel records, update internal databases, and ensure strict data confidentiality.

Requirements

- Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with HR management software (e.g., HRIS/HRMS).

- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and strict adherence to data privacy.
