Hiring: Senior Recruiter

? Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

? Timings: 9 AM – 7 PM 8Hrs| ?️ Mon–Fri (Weekends Off)

? Experience: 5+ Years (Preferably from Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview processes and stakeholder communication.
- Lead offer negotiations and candidate closures.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.




- Mentor junior recruiters and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills:

- Robust experience in Talent Acquisition and Stakeholder Management.
- Expertise in sourcing, headhunting, and candidate engagement.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
