Full-time, in-house video editor for @salesplaybook360, a rapidly growing Instagram account focused on real estate sales training and content for professionals in India.

Experience Required
1-3 years of proven experience in:

Short-form video editing (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok)
Social media content creation
B2B or educational content preferred (sales, business, professional training)

Key Responsibilities
Content Production (80% of role)

Edit 15-25 Instagram Reels per month (3-5 reels per week)
Transform raw footage into engaging 15-60 second Reels
Add captions, text overlays, transitions, and trending audio
Optimize videos for Instagram algorithm (hooks, pacing, retention)
Maintain consistent brand aesthetic and quality

Content Strategy (20% of role)

Monitor trending audio, formats, and editing styles in the niche
Suggest creative concepts and editing approaches
Analyze performance data to optimize editing style
Stay updated on Instagram features and best practices

Technical Workflow

Fast turnaround:



24-48 hours from receiving footage to final edit
Organize and manage raw footage library
Create templates and systems for efficiency
Collaborate directly with founder on content direction

Required Skills
Technical:

Expert in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
Proficient in mobile editing apps (CapCut, InShot)
Basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop)
Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, compression

Creative:

Robust sense of pacing and storytelling for short-form content
Ability to make "talking head" content engaging
Knowledge of what works on Instagram (not just technically skilled)
Understanding of B2B audience vs. entertainment content

Soft Skills:

Fast learner who stays updated on social media trends
Self-motivated with strong time management
Open to feedback and iteration
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
