• Perform Quality check on the requests processed by Maker
• Manage customer escalations
• Co ordinate with branches/RCU/Retention for day to day deliveries and ensure SLA’s are met
• Review Critical Cases and assess the risk and give decision on processing
• Track and enhance vendor productivity and efficiency
• Ensure Compliance of all processes as per regulatory requirements
• Co ordinate with Internal auditors and Stat auditors during process audits
• Conduct Trainings to internal teams and other stake holders
