- Collaborate with state leads and provide technical support to the Department of Agriculture, Govt. of Rajasthan in deploying AI-enabled solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with government officials to ensure smooth project management and timely reporting.
- Contribute to establishing innovative ecosystems for scalable Agriculture solutions, ensuring continuity..
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs and foster a supportive environment for AI implementation.
- Capacity Building: Conduct and facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance skills in AI applications.
- Hands-On Support and Troubleshooting: Provide direct support and troubleshoot challenges during AI usage.
- Coordinate with internal staff and consultants to ensure effective project implementation.
- Willingness to travel within the state or nationally, as required.
- Document project outcomes, successes, challenges, and lessons learned.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Master’s in Agriculture Science, Rural Development,Agri-Business,



or Technology Management preferred.
- 2–6 years of experience in the agriculture sector, particularly within government systems, with a focus on digital Agriculture and AI initiatives.
- Exposure to AI-enabled advisory platforms, digital extension services, or agricultural innovation ecosystems.
- Deep knowledge of agricultural implementation, including crop production, pest management, and farmer advisory systems.
- Experience in digital agriculture, AgTech deployments, or government-led development programs.
- Familiarity with Rajasthan's agricultural landscape and state-specific programs.
- Fluency in Hindi and local dialects; robust English communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
