Wavespace Experience Manager (Assistant Director)

Your key responsibilities





As a wavespace Experience Manager you’ll choreograph and help design experiences, both bespoke and repeatable, to be used across wavespace for a diverse roster of clients.
- Act as the primary interface to wavespace clients, taking accountability for all aspects of planning and delivering a wavespace design and/or experience
- Ensure a consistent wavespace design experience using approved and methodologies and
best practices
- Manage session scope, estimates and actual costs
- Manage resourcing for all required session personnel
- Provide direction and performance feedback to the production team
- Manage cadence of calls with client
- Coordinate session design to include Mural, Miro, OneRoom and other immersive tools including metaverse environments
- Oversee logistics, technical setup, etc.
- Manage account team and delivery team stakeholders as part of the experience design
