The Associate will report to the Finance Manager in India. This role will involve a variety of accounting functions, including accounts payable, daily reconciliation of wallets, review of employee expense, general ledger reconciliations for various balance sheet and profit & loss accounts. Responsibilities
- Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to approval workflows




- Perform 2-way / 3-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts where applicable
- Support vendor onboarding, master data maintenance, and documentation validation
- Investigate invoice discrepancies, payment exceptions, and vendor queries in a timely manner
- Prepare and record journal entries to support a timely month-end close using NetSuite ERP
- Analyze monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts and investigate discrepancies or aged open items
- Record cash and expense transactions, ensuring accurate and consistent categorization
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate expense allocation and vendor accounting
- Support timely payment and compliance of statutory dues, including preparation of required data and coordination
