We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and technically skilled Power Platform Developer to join our growing Digital Transformation team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects across the Microsoft technology stack, delivering impactful business solutions for clients within the Accountancy and Professional Services sectors.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of custom solutions built primarily around Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The role combines hands-on development with deployment management, client customisation, and technical problem-solving across multiple environments including Development, Testing, UAT, and Production.

You will work closely with experienced technical specialists and stakeholders to build scalable, business-focused solutions while contributing to the ongoing evolution of our flagship platforms and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Gateway
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of our flagship product, Practice Gateway,



a rapidly evolving accountancy portal.
- Design, develop, and implement new features aligned with the product roadmap and client requirements.
- Improve system functionality, scalability, usability, and performance through continuous optimisation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall product capability and customer experience.

Client Projects
- Deliver customised digital transformation solutions using Microsoft technologies and the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, and custom portal solutions.
- Support Practice Gateway implementation projects for clients across multiple environments.
- Build automation solutions and integrations to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.
