Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1)
Maintain MTBF & MTBR of critical Machines as per Target for Reed Shop

2)
Prepare & Prioritize the Preventive maintenance Plan of Machines

3)
Control and monitor Maintenance Spares inventory

4)
Ensuring Implementation of safety policies and procedures for the department

5)
Actively lead all maintenance processes and operations across all Plants

6)
Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget for maintenance.

7)
Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.

8)
Train the operators for Autonomous maintenance of machines

9)
Audit related documentation

10)
Follow-up with AMC & Service clients

11)
Ensure to meet forecast target

12)
Ensure smooth functioning of QRQC culture to minimize rejection & Rework

13)




Initiate Cost saving ideas, Low Cost automations, Kaizens for productivity & quality improvements

14)
Man management in both the shop as per requirement

15)
Over all maintenance cost

16)
Actively involve in adherence to set EHS norms in the Plant

Education : B.E./B.Tech/Dip (Mech/Elec)

Experience : 5 Years to 10 Years in Maintenance function (Exposure to Power Press Machines is a must, CFM, SPM, Grinding Machines (Lap, Rotary), VMC, EDM, PFS, Electrical Panels, Transformers, DG Set etc.)

Industry : Manufacturing-Engineering, Sheet Metal, Equipments
