Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and internet connectivity.
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for students on networking, hardware, operating systems, system administration, and related IT subjects.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network, server, and system-related issues to ensure uninterrupted operations across the campus.
- Maintain computer labs, training equipment, CCTV systems, biometric devices, printers, and other IT assets used for training and administrative purposes.
- Provide hands-on guidance to students during practical sessions, projects, and lab activities.
- Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, software applications, and peripheral devices.
- Develop training materials, practical exercises, assignments, and assessments aligned with industry standards.
- Monitor system security, software updates, antivirus protection, and data backup processes.
- Track student progress, conduct evaluations, and provide technical mentoring and career guidance.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure-related support when required.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, technical documentation,



training records, and infrastructure reports.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of all technical facilities, computer laboratories, and campus-wide IT systems.
- Respond promptly to technical issues and provide effective troubleshooting and resolution.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate relevant industry practices into training programs.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of networking concepts, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Understanding of Windows/Linux server management.
- Experience with CCTV configuration and maintenance.
- Basic hardware troubleshooting and system support knowledge.
- Familiarity with IT security and backup procedures.
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualification:

- Any Graduate with relevant experience.

Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Network Administration, System Administration, or IT Infrastructure Management.

Location: Kharel, Navsari, Gujarat
