We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Investment Banking Manager to lead end-to-end transactions across buy-side and sell-side mandates, with a solid focus on the startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

✠Identify, evaluate, and execute startup investment opportunities ✠Conduct market research, financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence ✠Lead fundraising and M&A; mandates for startups ✠Prepare investor-facing materials including pitch decks, teasers, IMs, and financial models ✠Build and maintain relationships with VC Funds, Family Offices, Angel Networks, and Strategic Investors ✠Drive investor discussions, negotiations, and successful deal closures ✠Manage the complete transaction lifecycle from origination to closure ✠Coordinate due diligence, documentation, and stakeholder management ✠Mentor analysts and associates while ensuring high-quality execution





Requirements

✔ 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Startup Fundraising, or M&A; ✔ Strong exposure to startup investing and fundraising transactions ✔ Proven track record of working with VCs, Family Offices, and Strategic Investors ✔ Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution ✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills ✔ Strong network within the startup and investor ecosystem
