We are looking for a hands-on Quality Executive with experience in QC dept/Documentation/plastic operations. The candidate should be solid in dimensional inspection, basic quality systems, and shop-floor quality control.

Key Responsibilities

Perform dimensional inspection of molded plastic components using vernier, micrometer, height gauge, etc.

Monitor and maintain in-process and final quality checks on the shop floor

Prepare and maintain inspection reports, QC records, and PPAP documents

Support and maintain ISO 9001 / IATF quality system compliance

Work closely with production and tool room for quality improvement

Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality

Required Skills





Hands-on experience with dimensional measurement tools

Basic understanding of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 systems

Familiar with PPAP, CAPA, 7 QC tools (preferred)

Ability to read engineering drawings (GD&T; basic level)

Good documentation and communication skills

UPreferred Profile

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Plastics, or Polymer Engineering

Experience in automotive / hydraulic / engineering plastics industry preferred

Candidate based in or willing to relocate to Sanand area understanding of plastic Industry is a plus..
