Job Description:
Our client is looking an experienced and highly skilled Finance Director. As the Finance Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in finance, specifically within the banking sector, and possess expertise in exports, MIS, ODI, GST, and profit & loss responsibility.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize financial performance while adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance with banking regulations.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team, contributing to the overall business strategies and decision-making process.
- Monitor and review financial performance indicators, identify areas of improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.

review, and analyze accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and budgets, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
