Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and route them appropriately.
- Provide accurate information about courses, batches, and counseling schedules.
- Maintain front desk decorum and ensure reception area is clean and organized.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing,
and managing student walk-in records.
- Coordinate with telecalling and counseling teams for appointments and follow-ups.
- Manage student attendance sheets, registration forms, and other documentation.
Required Skills:
- Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
- Qualified grooming and appearance.
- Polite and customer-friendly approach.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
