The IoT Developer will play a pivotal role in designing and developing innovative hardware applications. Solid experience with microcontrollers, specifically Arduino, ESP32, and ESP8266, is essential, along with proficiency in Embedded C/C++. The candidate should also be skilled in using Raspberry Pi, Python, and OpenCV for various projects. Familiarity with communication protocols such as UART and I2C, as well as experience with low-power devices, is preferred.
Knowledge of wireless technologies, including Wi-Fi, LoRa, GSM, and modules like Simcom and Quactel, is important. Experience in 3D modeling and 3D printing will be advantageous. The developer should also possess a solid understanding of hardware design and basic electronics.
Daily responsibilities include designing hardware solutions that align with application requirements, providing support for existing hardware, and conducting testing and bug-fixing. The developer will create, maintain, and document microcontroller code, engage in prototyping and testing, perform soldering tasks, and create 3D/CAD models for PCBs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be necessary to ensure successful project outcomes.
