Customer Experience Intern (MBA)

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Intern, you will work with our team to ensure
clients have a smooth, responsive, and positive experience with our Agentic AI
and HR technology product. This is a client-facing role that involves speaking
with customers regularly, resolving queries, gathering feedback, and ensuring
every interaction builds trust and satisfaction.

This internship is ideal for candidates who are fluent, confident
communicators, enjoy helping people, and want exposure to customer success /
client servicing / account management in the HR-tech space.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with clients over calls, emails, and chat — fluently,
professionally, and empathetically.
* Handle client queries end to end: understand the issue, coordinate
resolution, and close the loop with timely updates.
* Conduct check-in calls and feedback conversations to gauge client
satisfaction and adoption.
* Support onboarding of new clients:



walkthroughs, training sessions, and FAQ
handling (with guidance from the team).
* Document interactions clearly: call notes, MoMs, follow-up emails, and
escalation summaries.
* Coordinate with internal teams (Product/Support/Sales) to resolve client
issues quickly.
* Track client health signals: usage patterns, open issues, and pending
actions (CRM/Tracker hygiene).
