The FICO Lead plays a crucial role in the organization's finance and accounting department, providing strategic direction and leadership in the implementation, support, and maintenance of SAP FICO processes. They oversee financial reporting, guide system enhancements, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Experience: 9+ years
Location: Bangalore (Whitefield) / Pune
Notice Period: Immediate – 15days
Work Mode: WFO (Hybrid 3 Days/Week)

Required Skills:
- Expertise in SAP FICO modules.
- Robust knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ability to handle integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience in leading FICO implementation projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions
- Manage and optimize financial processes, including accounts payable,



accounts receivable, and asset accounting
- Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and system enhancements
- Provide expertise in configuring and customizing SAP FICO modules
- Lead end-to-end project management activities, from planning to execution
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls
- Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Identify and resolve complex SAP FICO system issues and challenges
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business initiatives and strategic goals
