- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced, changing workplace.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple requests with frequently conflicting priorities.
- Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources.
- Should have understanding of multi-tiered SLA management, Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.

- In Place Upgrades Microsoft Deployment Toolkit Upgrades and Servicing Mobile Device Management using Microsoft Intune Endpoint Security including Conditional Access Windows Defender ATP Microsoft BitLocker.
- Work with other consultants to design and execute the technical implementation of SCCM and Intune solutions based on client requirements and design specifications.
