? What you’ll do (aka your daily drama)

Create high-performing marketing creatives for social + performance campaigns

Design thumb-stopping assets: thumbnails, story ads, reels covers, carousels, banners, app store creatives & many more

Turn briefs into concepts fast & turn concepts into 10 variations faster

Understand audience-first design (not just “trend-first design”)
Because what works for Gen Z won’t work for your mom’s WhatsApp group ?

Work closely with Growth, Content, Brand & Product teams to ship creatives at speed

Keep an eye on social trends, meme formats, hooks, and editing styles

Use AI like a weapon (a peaceful one): ideation, exploration, mockups, variants, motion, resizing & many more

Maintain brand consistency while still keeping it fresh (yes, both)

? You’re perfect if you…

Have 2–4 years of experience in marketing/brand/communication design (startup experience = bonus)

Are fast + structured: you can hustle without becoming chaotic

Have solid fundamentals: layout, typography, hierarchy, color, composition

Know how to design for performance (CTR/retention vibes) and not just “pretty”

Can take feedback without taking it personally (we roast the design, not the designer ?)

Can spot what’s “off” in a creative in 3 seconds (and fix it in 30)

Understand prompting as a skill:
“What’s in my mind should reach the output” via AI tools + smart iteration
