- End-to-End Recruitment & Employer Branding
- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Performance Management & Employee Development
- Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Compensation & Benefits Administration
- HR Compliance, Labor Laws, PF, ESI & Statutory Requirements
- Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
- HR Analytics & Strategic Workforce Planning

✅ Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms

✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

? Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning initiatives

? Manage HR operations including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records

? Drive employee engagement,



retention, and workplace culture programs

? Implement performance management systems, training initiatives, and career development programs

? Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations

? Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution

? Design and manage compensation, benefits, and reward programs

? Partner with leadership teams on strategic HR initiatives and organizational development
