DETAILED : (HIGHLIGHT CRITICAL ACTIVITIES)

- Establish critical processes parameters and prepare reports for performance.
- Manage and validate all process and establish corrective actions for any non-conformance. 3. Analyze data and monitor implementation of all process and quality of that process.
- Monitor projects, identify risks and issues and prepare documents for same.
- Develop welder competency and improve fabrication culture toward excellence.
- Perform risk assessments on new developments.
- Evaluate current processes or operating procedure and suggest recommendations if any. 8.

Analyze and troubleshoot process problems to make continuous and permanent improvements
