Job Title: Customer Success Associate – Chat Process (Vivint)

About the Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the Vivint Chat Process. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers via chat, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries efficiently through chat support.

- Provide troubleshooting assistance for technical issues.

- Deliver accurate and timely information to customers.

- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).





- Technical / troubleshooting experience is mandatory.

- Minimum 6 months of international process experience required.

- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates are eligible.

Compensation & Perks:

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹31,000 CTC per month

- Working Days: 5 days a week

- Shifts: Rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs
