Key Responsibilities

● Identify and develop new business opportunities in solar EPC, captive/group captive,

and PPA models.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and CXOs across manufacturing and industrial sectors.

● Conduct market research to map potential customers, competitors, and emerging opportunities in renewable energy.

● Drive lead generation, client meetings, proposals, and contract closures to achieve business growth targets.

● Collaborate with internal technical and project execution teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.

● Represent Renevik at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms.

● Track policy developments and incentives in renewable energy and translate them into business opportunities.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.





● Minimum 4–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within the renewable energy/solar industry.

● Strong network within manufacturing and industrial sectors.

● Proven track record of achieving revenue and market expansion goals.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Ability to work independently with a strategic and growth-oriented mindset.

● Willingness to travel frequently for client and industry engagements.
