Key Requirements (Varying by Role):

- Background in façade/glass/aluminum industry is essential.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and design/detailing software.

- For Estimation Engineers: solid knowledge of costing, BOQs, and tendering.

- Leadership experience required for Head of Design.

- Positive communication, coordination, and time management skills.

- Bachelors degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
