Role Description:

The Head of Marketing will lead the marketing function at VMax Wellness, driving the organization’s brand, growth, and customer engagement strategies. This is a strategic onsite leadership role based in Coimbatore, responsible for building and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate brings 10–12 years of experience in marketing leadership, with a proven record of driving revenue, brand visibility,



and digital presence in rapid-paced, consumer-facing environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Define the overall marketing vision and go-to-market strategy in line with VMax’s business objectives.
- Set marketing goals, key metrics and budgetary priorities; oversee allocation of marketing spend to maximise impact.
- Shape brand positioning, messaging and value proposition to differentiate VMax in the wellness marketplace.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with senior leadership and other functions (Sales, Service Delivery, Operations, Product) to ensure marketing strategy is integrated with business operations.
- Facilitate alignment between marketing initiatives and other business priorities such as customer acquisition, retention, service delivery and revenue growth.
