Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented HRMS Analysts and Consultants to join our energetic Human Resources team. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between HR operations and technology, ensuring seamless functionality, optimization, and continuous improvement of our HR Management System (HRMS) powered by Zoho. You will play a pivotal role in configuring, maintaining, and enhancing HRMS workflows to support scalable talent management, payroll integration, employee onboarding, performance tracking, and compliance reporting. With a strong foundation in HR processes and hands-on experience with Zoho HRMS, you will contribute to digital transformation initiatives, drive data accuracy, and enable data-driven HR decision-making. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about leveraging technology to streamline HR operations and enhance employee experience across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and maintain HRMS workflows within Zoho HRMS based on organizational policies and evolving business needs.




- Manage employee data lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, promotions, leaves, and offboarding with high accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HRKPIs, workforce planning, and leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration between Zoho HRMS and other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, attendance, LMS).
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with Zoho support or internal IT for resolution.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation (user guides, SOPs) to improve system adoption and reduce support tickets.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement best practices for data integrity and security.
