About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional for the role of Customer Support & Operations Executive – Technical Compliance & Retention. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, ensuring compliance-related coordination, managing operational support activities, and improving customer retention through effective communication and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer support queries through calls, emails, and chat.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical compliance and operational processes.
- Maintain customer records, documentation, and compliance-related data.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and escalations.
- Support retention activities by building strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with clients regarding renewals, documentation, and service updates.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain MIS data.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support for customers.




- Work closely with sales and operations teams for seamless customer experience.

Required Skills
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of operations and customer handling.
- Knowledge of compliance processes and documentation management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Customer Support, Operations, Retention, or Compliance-related roles.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates from service, tech support, fintech, logistics, or operations background will be an advantage.
