Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the presales team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to
ensure high performance and achievement of targets. Foster a cooperative and cohesive team
environment.
2. Presales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive presales strategy aligned with the organization's
sales objectives. Define the presales processes, methodologies, and best practices to improve efficiency
and effectiveness.
3. Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers, understand their business needs, and identify
opportunities to provide value-added solutions. Build strong relationships with customers, addressing
their concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Solution Development: Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to understand
the product roadmap and translate customer requirements into compelling solution offerings. Participate
in the design and development of customized solutions to meet client needs.
5. Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to support the sales process,

development, product demonstrations, and technical presentations. Provide technical expertise and
