Job Description:
We are currently seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Ground Staff. As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring smooth operations at the airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming passengers at the airport
- Assisting passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, and boarding procedures
- Handling customer inquiries and providing information about flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
- Coordinating with other airport staff to ensure timely and efficient departure of flights
- Assisting passengers with special needs or requests
- Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
- Handling and resolving any customer complaints or issues
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve overall company goals and objectives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
