Job Description:

Location : ( Kolhapur Gokul Shirgaon)
- Lead a high performing and high impact team of solution engineers
- Ability to understand the customer's business use case and clearly articulate the possible way Tata Communications solutions help in addressing these business concerns.
- Work closely withcross function teamslike Engineering, Product, Engineering to create required solution.
- Once the Technical proposal is received from the internal teams, map this proposal to the original business want being addressed.
- Presentation to the customer and work through the feedback till overall solution value has been established.




- Capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on delivering required results with minimal direction and supervision.
- Demonstrate a level of flexibility in resolving problems/issues in technology, processes and tools, within the relevant field of specialization
- Must be able to collaborate across stakeholders - Internally (Product, Marketing Networks Team, CSO - Service Management) and Externally (Marketing Research, Customer forums, Partners, OEM vendor teams, etc)
- Excellent Communication & value positioning skills
- Positive command on Industry footprints & product knowledge would be an additional advantage.
