- Talent Acquisition: Fill open positions in an average of 90 days for senior positions (managers and above, consultant doctors) and 60 days for others. Run a tight pipeline where candidates spend an average of 10 days.
- Talent Retention: Reduce nursing staff turnover by 20% and non-nursing by 10%.
- Employee Engagement: Increase employee engagement scores by 30% through strategic initiatives and feedback mechanisms within the first 12 months.
- Performance Management: Implement a robust performance management system that aligns with AHI goals in 6 months.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Review, update, and ensure 100% compliance with current labor laws and healthcare regulations.
