B.E/M.E ( Mechanical (or) Electrical/Electronics)
Nature of Work in Simple Words
Project managers set up and manage projects, in order to achieve agreed targets and fulfill requirements, including customer value, business case, stakeholder requirements, safety, fit-for-use/quality, cost of project execution and schedule .Project managers lead and manage a team / a cross-functional team / team of teams to achieve project targets within the constraints. They provide transparency to business stakeholders on the project and escalate issues when needed.
Roles and Responsibilities we offer
1. To achieve agreed targets of the project by managing activities related to project such as planning, execution, monitoring feedback,



correction to completion etc.,
2. To collaborate in effective manner for achieving project goals within R&D; functions globally as well as with Factory and frontline units.
3. To be proficient in doing the scrum master role with a good knowledge of lean and agile ways of working.
Required Technical Skill Set to perform the Roles and Responsibilities
1. In depth knowledge of elevator products and technology- System level
2. Exposure to SAP processes (delivery, customer)
3. Awareness of R&D; processes & methods.
4. Proficiency in lean and agile ways of working…exposure to tools like JIRA will be a added advantage.
Required Tools / Software Knowledge to perform the Roles and Responsibilities we offer
Working knowledge of MS-Project ( WBS creation, Task updation, Baselining and monitoring/updation day to day) or other equivalent Project Management soft tools.
Positive skills in Windows Ms-Office platform & SAP
