Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PR Manager (Parent Relations Officer) to lead and strengthen our school’s communication and engagement with parents and guardians. This role is pivotal in fostering a collaborative, transparent, and supportive school community by building trust, addressing concerns proactively, and ensuring consistent, positive interactions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance parent engagement and satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, ensuring timely and skilled communication.
- Organize and lead parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and community events.
- Address and resolve parental concerns with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with school leadership and teaching staff to align parent communication with academic and operational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of parent interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.




- Promote transparency and trust through regular updates and two-way communication channels.
- Represent the school at community and stakeholder events as needed.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or a related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in parent relations, school administration, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in parent engagement, relationship management, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English and regional language(s).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits
