Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive regional market development, build strong relationships with customers, partners, and system integrators, and support business growth through effective sales execution.

The ideal candidate will have a technical or solution-sales background with experience in customer engagement, lead generation, account management, and exposure to industrial automation, engineering solutions, Industry 4.0, Digital Twin, or related technology-driven sales environments.

Key Responsibilities

Drive local market development by building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, partners, and system integrators.

Identify, onboard, and develop current customers while maintaining an updated customer database.

Consistently achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Manage key customer accounts and understand customer requirements.

Monitor competitor strategies,



pricing models, and market trends.

Develop and execute sales and business development strategies.

Analyze existing and potential markets to identify new business opportunities.

Handle sales inquiries, customer orders, and complaints professionally.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM/sales management system.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales support in coordination with internal technical and delivery teams.

Support marketing and branding initiatives, including trade shows, industry events, and campaigns.

Travel as required for customer meetings, business development, and industry events.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical & Electronics, Software, Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.

3–5 years of experience in technical sales, solution sales, engineering sales, or a related field.
