Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse and outbound logistics operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and distribution.

• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse supervisors, logistics coordinators, and other staff to ensure high performance and productivity.

• Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and obsolete inventory management.

• Manage the order fulfilment process to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of customer orders, working closely with sales, customer service, and production teams.

• Collaborate with procurement and supplier management teams to optimize supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.

• Coordinate transportation activities, including carrier selection, freight negotiation, and route optimization, to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the warehouse and logistics operations, implementing best practices and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices within the warehouse environment, maintaining a safe working environment for all staff.

• Develop and manage departmental budgets,



monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities to meet financial targets.

• Prepare regular reports and performance metrics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against targets, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in a, Consumer Durables or Appliances manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and other logistics software applications and implementation.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams to achieve goals and objectives.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices for warehouse operations and transportation management.

• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
