Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership and Execution

- Drive the strategic thinking process to promote organizational growth and transformation within the BFSI sector.

- Develop and execute strategies that align with the company’s vision, focusing on profitability and shareholder value over the next five years.

- Lead the strategic planning process to ensure effective implementation and tracking of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.

Research and Analysis

- Conduct thorough research on economic, behavioral, technological, and industry/competitor trends relevant to BFSI.

- Analyze and interpret findings to identify potential impacts on the organization, providing actionable insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Strategic Planning and Performance Tracking:

- Identify opportunities for improvement in strategic and business planning processes.

- Enhance performance tracking and reporting mechanisms to evaluate strategic initiatives effectively.

- Facilitate strategic review and planning sessions with Executive Committee (EXCO) members and delivery teams, focusing on management’s top priorities.

Innovation and Transformation

- Drive innovation by exploring and leveraging Fintech and Insurtech solutions to improve organizational efficiency and competitiveness.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment of business plans and strategies with management's strategic goals.

- Communicate strategic objectives and progress to internal and external stakeholders, focusing on driving the shareholder agenda.

- Identify current strategic initiatives based on customer insights and provide recommendations for modifying existing initiatives.

- Engage relevant stakeholders to solicit inputs and influence strategic thinking, syndicating preliminary findings and developing actionable plans.

Collaboration and Influencing Skills

- Work closely with various business unit leaders and their teams,



fostering a collaborative environment to define, deliver, and execute brand strategies.

- Provide periodic updates to stakeholders on the progress of strategic initiatives and communicate well-structured, data-driven insights.

Operational Effectiveness & Control:

- Define problem statements and build hypotheses on solutions in ambiguous situations, providing clarity and leadership.

- Approach projects holistically, owning and driving the end-to-end delivery of solutions for key enterprise initiatives.

- Lead execution of significant projects by forming collaborative partnerships across functions.

- Provide feedback on analyses to advance solution development and support strategic initiatives.

- Define the internal/external market research and market intelligence agenda.

- Manage enterprise governance and communication processes, presenting synthesized findings to senior management and the Board.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Education: MBA required.

- Experience: Minimum 15-20 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy within the BFSI sector.
