About the Role:

We are seeking a senior professional to lead Plant Maintenance (Electrical, Mechanical & Utilities) at our large-scale cattle feed manufacturing plants. The role will ensure uninterrupted operations through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall plant maintenance (electrical, mechanical & utilities).

- Drive preventive & predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.

- Oversee HT/LT systems, PLCs, drives, power distribution & utilities.

- Manage boilers, compressors, HVAC & water systems.

- Ensure safety, statutory & audit compliance.

- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary maintenance team.

Candidate Profile:

- B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

- 1218 years experience in plant maintenance (manufacturing/FMCG/agro/process industries).

- Strong knowledge of Electrical & Utility Maintenance.

- Proven leadership, energy efficiency focus & problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile :





- B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 12–18 years of experience in electrical maintenance.

- Prior experience in large manufacturing / FMCG / agro / process industries preferred.

- Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, PLCs, drives, control panels, and plant automation.

- Proven ability to lead a team, drive energy efficiency, and ensure safety compliance.

- Problem-solving mindset with strong execution and leadership skills.
