Role Summary:

Lead end-to-end plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and safety. Drive operational excellence, cost optimization, productivity improvement, and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overall responsibility of manufacturing & plant operations

- Achieve production, quality, cost, delivery & safety targets

- Implement Lean/TPM/continuous improvement initiatives

- Ensure ISO, statutory & customer compliance

- Lead large shop-floor teams and build strong second-line leadership

- Support expansion, modernization & capacity enhancement projects

Candidate Profile:

- B.Tech/BE (Mechanical/Metallurgy/Production); MBA preferred

- 15+ years in forging/heavy manufacturing, with leadership exposure

- Robust knowledge of forging processes, quality systems & plant management
