Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head of Engineering to lead engineering strategy, delivery execution, platform modernization, and people leadership across enterprise technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical depth in Microsoft technologies, cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and large-scale engineering leadership. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise, operational ownership, and strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership & Delivery

- Own end-to-end engineering delivery across multiple products and platforms.

- Drive execution excellence through clear prioritization, delivery governance, and risk management.

- Ensure high standards across scalability, reliability, performance, and quality.

- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering initiatives with business priorities.

Technical Leadership

- Provide hands-on technical guidance across architecture and engineering practices.

- Lead teams building cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies.

- Drive engineering best practices, technical standards, and platform scalability.

- Support architectural decisions and modernization initiatives across systems and applications.

Modernization & Transformation

- Lead engineering transformation initiatives across platforms, applications, and development practices.

- Improve SDLC processes,



CI/CD maturity, developer productivity, and operational efficiency.

- Drive adoption of modern engineering methodologies and scalable delivery models.

- Contribute to AI-enabled product and engineering capabilities where applicable.

Operational Excellence

- Ensure strong ownership of production systems including reliability, security, monitoring, and incident management.

- Establish robust DevOps / DevSecOps practices.

- Drive operational improvements and platform stability at scale.

Team & Stakeholder Management

- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams, Engineering Managers, and Tech Leads.

- Collaborate with Product, Data, Architecture, and business stakeholders across global teams.

- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

- Strong experience in the .NET ecosystem and enterprise application architecture.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native technologies.

- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalable architectures, and microservices.

- Experience with DevOps / DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and production operations.

- Exposure to AI-enabled systems, automation, or modern engineering tooling is preferred.

Leadership Experience

- Proven experience leading large engineering teams and enterprise-scale technology programs.

- Strong delivery management, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

- Experience managing globally distributed teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution-focused leadership.
