A Head of Marketing develops and executes overall marketing strategy, leads the marketing team (digital, creative, comms), manages budgets, analyzes market trends, drives brand awareness, and aligns efforts with sales to boost revenue, reporting to senior leadership on ROI and goals. Key duties include brand positioning, campaign management, market research, content strategy, and fostering collaboration across departments to achieve business growth. Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing plans, set goals, and define brand positioning and messaging.

- Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a productive workplace.

- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of online/offline campaigns across channels (digital, social, content, PR).

- Budget Management: Prepare, manage, and allocate departmental budgets effectively.

- Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify opportunities, analyze consumer behavior, and monitor competitors.

- Collaboration:



Work closely with Sales, Product, and other departments to align strategies and achieve company objectives.
