We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Mumbai team and lead strategic communications programs for healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, and health-tech clients. The ideal candidate will have solid healthcare sector expertise, established media relationships, excellent client management skills, and the ability to execute integrated communication campaigns that drive measurable business impact.
This role requires a communications professional who can effectively manage client relationships, mentor junior team members, and provide strategic counsel on healthcare and pharmaceutical communications. Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Strategic Counsel
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and provide strategic communications counsel.
- Develop and execute integrated communications plans aligned with business objectives.




- Manage client expectations and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality work.
- Identify opportunities to expand account scope and strengthen client partnerships.
- Support crisis communications, issues management, and reputation-building initiatives.

Healthcare & Pharma Expertise
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the Indian healthcare and pharmaceutical ecosystem.
- Support communications around product launches, disease awareness campaigns, medical conferences, policy developments, and corporate reputation programs.
- Monitor healthcare industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity.
- Ensure communications are aligned with industry guidelines and best practices.

Media Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare, pharmaceutical, business, policy, and mainstream media.
- Secure meaningful earned media coverage through proactive story developm
