Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, and peripheral device problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment.
- Handle issues related to desktops, headphones, internet connectivity, and other IT accessories.
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and basic troubleshooting.
- Support employee onboarding by setting up systems, email IDs, and required software access.
- Maintain IT asset records and track hardware allocation.




- Coordinate with external vendors or senior IT teams for unresolved issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical tickets and user requests.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
- Experience in desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Teams, and email configuration.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple support requests efficiently.

Qualification:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support/desktop support roles.

Preferred:
- Experience working in a corporate IT support environment.
- Ability to provide support during versatile shifts if required.
