Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your bid management and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and cooperative teammates.

You'll play a key role in managing the Tender Quality, Costs, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) commitments for high or medium-critical bids, ensuring the delivery of winning proposals with well-defined scopes, accurate commitments, and adherence to timelines and budgets. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Tender team, involved units, platform teams, and support functions such as Finance, Legal,



and Marketing), coordinate internal activities to identify customer needs and ensure compliance with Alstom standards, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of managing tender processes and preparing comprehensive proposals, but also supporting tender leaders in negotiations and analyzing win-and-loss outcomes.
