- Role Overview:
The Staff Project Audit Lead is responsible for evaluating the efficacy, compliance, and performance of software project lifecycles within our service operations. This role ensures that software-based service solutions—including maintenance tools, diagnostic software, and digital service platforms—adhere to rigorous quality standards, regulatory requirements, and project management best practices. You will act as an independent reviewer,



identifying risks and driving continuous improvement in our digital delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Audit Planning & Execution: Design and lead internal audits of software service projects, evaluating adherence to internal methodologies, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) standards, and quality management protocols.
- Training: Train others in the PMO and the PM function how to perform audits.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Monitor projects for compliance with technical standards, data security policies, and regulatory obligations. Identify potential gaps, assess operational risks, and provide actionable recommendations for mitigation.
- Performance Evaluation: Analyze project documentation, delivery timelines, and budget utilization to assess the overall health and maturity of software service initiatives.
